Toporowa Cyrhla – Wielki Kopieniec – Dolina Olczyska – Nosal – Kuźnice

The easy hike for beginners allows you to appreciate Tatra mountains nature. Here are two peaks to reach: Wielki Kopieniec 1328 and Nosal 1206. They both have breathtaking views from the top and it is not very difficult to get to.

Nosal peak requires a little bit of easy climb where you  have to hold on to rocks. Even if some of you will not want to face this challenge it is okay to stay at the bottom of the rock and wait for the group to come back. From here the hike goes down to Kuźnice, which is the most important hiking center for Polish Tatras. Kuźnice used to be an old mining center where iron from Tatras was processed for two centuries. On our way we will pass a wooden shepherd house for traditional oscypek cheese.

Toporowa Cyrhla – Gęsia Szyja – Rusinowa Glade- Palenica Białczańska

This is a beautiful, easy going Tatra hike including a little bit of an effort of hiking up and down. It goes partly through a forest where you can appreciate unique Tatra mountains ecosystem, and partly through open space with a view of enormous High Tatars.

This hiking trail is perfect if you wanna start your adventure with Tatra Mountains. It doesn’t require any experience or technical skills.
Gęsia Szyja is the highest point of the trek. It is an incredible group of rocks which sticks above the forest level therefore it offers a spectacular view of Tatra mountains and valleys around.
We will stop at Rusinowa Polana which is an active sheep grazing meadow with a traditional, wooden mountain hut where you can try the original oscypek – cheese, made by local people from sheep milk by an old technique,  unchanged for centuries.

The trail continues down through the forest where we still see great High Tatras on our way. At the end we will meet our transport at Palenica Białczańska.

Nędzówka – Przysłop Miętusi – Dolina Kościeliska – Dolina Chochołowska

This hike  has a different character. We won’t reach any high viewpoints but the whole route is very diversified, taking us through two most colorful and therefore popular valleys in Tatars – Kościeliska Valley and Chochołowska Valley. We walk in West Tatras following the famous trail “Ścieżka nad Reglami”. West Tatras has a rich mining history and what is most fascinating is that it has a huge amount of caves, and 5 of them are visited by tourists in Kościeliska Valley. We will discover those caves on a different hike.

We end this hike in Chochołowska Valley and again have a chance to try delicious oscypki, sheep cheese in the heart of Tatra Mountains.
